13. Where the storage is at an area remote from the installation site, transfer of our products to site is the duty of the purchaser.
14. If the Purchaser needs unique packaging in relation to the Item it need to be agreed to in composing in between the Purchaser and the Seller, and the cost of the very same is to the Buyer's account and appropriately will be included in the Purchase Price. If the Seller fails to consist of the cost of unique packing in the Purchase Price the Buyer need to pay to the Seller such costs on demand.

If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate applicable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
