14. All such times are to be dealt with as estimates just and we shall not be accountable for failure to dispatch, install, or otherwise perform within such times unless otherwise agreed in composing.
21. The Buyer will pay the Seller immediately. If the Buyer stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, keep delivery of any further Product to the Purchaser and might end, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all subsisting agreements between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
