14. Nevertheless, if the floor slab is reinforced with grid steel mesh or similar materials to a level less than 70 mm below the surface, special drilling equipment will be needed and any extra expenses incurred will be to the buyer's account.
Unless specified in writing our quotation assumes a reasonable condition of flatness of floor. Flatness tolerances need to be within + 3 mm inside a 3 metre radius. Additional expenses incurred in compensating for a faulty or irregular flooring will be to the purchaser's account. 19. We reserve the right to designate or subcontract out the entire or any part of this contract at our discretion.
At any times estimated for our completion or delivery work from the date of invoice by us of a written order to proceed, together with all information and particulars we require to proceed with the manufacture without interruption or delay. All such times are to be dealt with as price quotes only and we shall not be accountable for failure to dispatch, install, or otherwise carry out within such times unless otherwise concurred in writing.
21. The Buyer shall pay the Seller right away. If the Purchaser stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, withhold shipment of any further Product to the Buyer and might end, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all subsisting agreements in between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
